Sticky Garlic Ginger Beef with Broccoli and Slurp-Worthy Noodles Servings: 4

Ingredients:
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss sliced beef with cornstarch and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Sear beef quickly until browned, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix remaining soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and water.
- Return beef to the pan, pour in the sauce, and stir well. Let simmer until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
- Add cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated and slightly sticky.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
