Sticky Beef Noodles Servings: 3

Ingredients:
- 300 g beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 250 g egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- For the sticky sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned and slightly crispy on the edges. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened but still vibrant.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the cooked beef to the pan and pour in the prepared sticky sauce. Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef beautifully.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until evenly coated in the glossy sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
