Roasted Honey Garlic Pork

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds pork loin or pork shoulder
  2. Salt and pepper, to taste
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the glaze:
  1. 1/3 cup honey
  2. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  3. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  5. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  6. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For garnish:
  1. Chopped parsley or green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season pork with salt and pepper and rub with olive oil.
  3. Place pork in a roasting pan.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  5. Brush the glaze over the pork.
  6. Roast for 45–60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with glaze.
  7. Continue roasting until pork is cooked through and caramelized.
  8. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  9. Garnish and serve.
