Roasted Honey Garlic Pork Servings: 6

Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork loin or pork shoulder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the glaze: - 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For garnish: - Chopped parsley or green onions

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season pork with salt and pepper and rub with olive oil.
- Place pork in a roasting pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Brush the glaze over the pork.
- Roast for 45–60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with glaze.
- Continue roasting until pork is cooked through and caramelized.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish and serve.
