Loaded Shrimp Ramen with Sausage, Eggs & Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pack ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
- 8–10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 3–4 small red potatoes, halved and boiled
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1–2 tsp chili oil or hot sauce (optional)
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 1½ cups chicken broth or water
- Dried parsley, for garnish

Instructions
- Boil eggs for 9–10 minutes until fully cooked. Cool, peel, slice, and set aside.
- Cook potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
- Season shrimp with paprika, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté sausage until browned, then add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and seared. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Add broth and ramen noodles. Cook according to package directions. Stir in chili oil if using.
- Transfer noodles to a bowl or container. Top with shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and eggs.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve hot.
