Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt butter and cook onions with sugar until soft and caramelized.
- Add beef broth and simmer for a few minutes.
- Add baked meatballs to the skillet and spoon onions over them.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Swiss cheese on top, cover until melted, garnish, and serve.
