Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 pounds Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 14 ounces Crushed tomatoes
  3. 10 ounces Cream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 cup Chicken stock
  5. 6 ounces Cream cheese, cubed
  6. 3 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  7. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  8. 12 ounces Spaghetti, broken in half
  9. 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot, then add crushed tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, chicken stock, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning, and top with cream cheese cubes.
  2. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours until the chicken is tender.
  3. Shred the chicken directly in the pot and stir everything together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the broken spaghetti, cover, and cook on high for about 30 minutes until the pasta is tender.
  5. Stir well, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, cover again for a few minutes until melted, then serve hot.
