Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 14 ounces Crushed tomatoes
- 10 ounces Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup Chicken stock
- 6 ounces Cream cheese, cubed
- 3 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 12 ounces Spaghetti, broken in half
- 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot, then add crushed tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, chicken stock, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning, and top with cream cheese cubes.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken directly in the pot and stir everything together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the broken spaghetti, cover, and cook on high for about 30 minutes until the pasta is tender.
- Stir well, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, cover again for a few minutes until melted, then serve hot.
