Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients
- 250 g fettuccine pasta
- 300 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft.
- Add garlic and sliced mushrooms, cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
- Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the creamy sauce.
- Sprinkle parsley on top and serve hot.
